Can you believe Summer is coming to a close? Just a little over a month left before we are welcoming fall so I’m kicking my summer bucket list into gear! One thing I want to do with the kids before it’s over is have an ice cream night! This 4 Ingredient No Churn Ice Cream is the perfect thing to make with your kids, but if cold treats aren’t your thing, I’m also sharing 4 other easy, summer desserts to try before the season is gone!
This ice cream is so fun and simple to make! Plus, doesn’t require a lot of ingredients or tools. Just a few items and a blender is the only thing between you and cold, creamy goodness. Make it your own by adding in some of your fun, favorite toppings. A few of our favorite things to add: crushed up Reese’s, smashed oreos, fresh strawberries or even crumbled up edible cookie dough!
You could really take things to the next level by hosting a huge ice cream social for your family! Whip up some ice cream ahead of time and then prepare all the toppings – sprinkles, bananas, chocolate sauce, the list goes on and on. Gather around and have everyone make their own ice cream sundaes. The night will be filled with full happy bellies and hearts!
